Admissions Process
We make our admissions decisions after a family completes the process outlined below. During this process, our goals are to fully inform families about our program by encouraging questions and discussion and to get to know a prospective family and student. The knowledge gained by both parents and Bridgeview Montessori is key in creating a wonderful family and school partnership.
The Application Process
If you are exploring our school during the school year, schedule a time for an individualized tour at the school, followed by a discussion of the program with our Director of Admissions, Suzanne Lawson. Ideally, this kind of appointment is best scheduled for a time when adults can come without their children, but children are always welcome. Families may also attend Welcome Wednesdays, a casual drop-in Open House held between 9:15 and 10:45 am on specific Wednesday listed below.
If you are exploring the school during the summer, we generally welcome families on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Although we do not have children in our classrooms, we would love to show you our space and discuss what we do. With enough notice, we also try to have classroom teachers on hand to give you a an even better sense of who we are. To make this appointment either use the button below to CONNECT WITH OUR DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS or email our Director of Admissions, Suzanne Lawson, at slawson@bridgeviewmontessori.org.
Please let us know if you are going to attend a Welcome Wednesday or if you would rather schedule a private tour.

Admissions Decisions
Once we have received a completed application as through the Apply for Admission page, we will notify you as to our admission decision, generally within three weeks. If accepted, you will receive an Annual Enrollment Contract that must be completed, initialed, signed, and returned to the school with a $500 enrollment deposit by the date indicated in your acceptance letter. The $500 enrollment deposit is applied towards tuition.
Please read that contract carefully. Click here to see sample contract.
Applications received during the summer will be handled individually, and admission decisions will be made as soon as possible based on available openings.
Affording a Bridgeview Montessori Education
We believe strongly that children who attend Bridgeview Montessori School are well on their way to becoming lifelong, independent learners. We also hope to make learning at our school a reality for as many children as possible. And although we believe that families bear the primary responsibility for financing this education, we do currently offer a need-based financial aid program. Our financial aid program exists to help assure that any admitted student with demonstrated financial need will have the opportunity to attend Bridgeview Montessori School.
Policy on Nondiscrimination
Bridgeview Montessori promotes respect for all students, employees, and applicants for admissions or employment, and prohibits discrimination to the full extent required by law, including discrimination based on race, color, ethnic or national origin, religion, gender, gender identify, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other category which is protected by applicable Federal and MA law. These nondiscrimination policies apply in administration of our educational policies, hiring policies, admission policies, financial aid programs, and other school-administered programs.
